Why use an agent to buy a home?

Why use an agent to sell your home?

  • Realtors might not show For Sale By Owner (FSBO) homes to potential buyers and often disclose the difficulties of working with a seller not represented by a professional.

  • You will have a smaller pool of potential buyers due to not having relationships with other agents, past clients, or a real estate agency network.
